How We Scaled a Fintech to $50M ARR with 3 Marketers

The Bottleneck
The client had a classic problem: They had money (Series B) but no velocity. Their marketing team spent 80% of their time reporting and only 20% executing. They were running 2 experiments a month.
The Solution: Data-Automated Creative
We connected ApexOne Studio's Golden Goose to their Meta Ads Manager and Mixpanel.
Instead of humans deciding which creative to run, the system analyzed "Time to Value" (TTV) events in the product. It realized that users who connected their bank account within 60 seconds had a LTV (Lifetime Value) 5x higher.
The AI automatically killed any ad campaign where the "Bank Connect" rate was below 15%, regardless of the CPC (Cost Per Click).
High-Velocity Testing
We used programmatic SEO and AI image generation to launch 400 landing pages per week.
- Before: 1 generic landing page ("Best Banking App")
- After: 4,000+ specific pages ("Best Banking App for Freelance Designers in Austin", "Banking for Remote Python Developers", etc.)
The Outcome
Within 14 months, ARR grew from $12M to $51M. The internal marketing team remained at 3 people, managing the "strategy" while ApexOne managed the "execution."
